Terms of Service

These terms cover working with Kodiak Fence Company and using this website. Plain English, because that's how we do everything else.

Estimates and quotes

Your on-site assessment is free and carries no obligation. Quotes are honored as written for the scope they describe; if the scope changes, the quote is updated with you before any work proceeds. The number we quote is the number you pay.

Scheduling and site access

We coordinate scheduling with you, request a Texas 811 utility locate before digging, and need reasonable access to the fence line on build days. Weather can move a build date; we communicate when it does.

Workmanship warranty

Every installation carries our workmanship warranty, delivered with your quote. Coverage, exclusions and the claims process are spelled out on the warranty page and in your paperwork. Material warranties are provided by their manufacturers.

Payments

Payment terms are stated on your quote. Financing is available through our lending partner; approval and loan terms are between you and the lender.

Website use

Content on this site, including photos of our work, belongs to Kodiak Fence Company. Don't scrape it, repost it as your own, or use it to misrepresent your own work. Information on this site is general; your quote and signed paperwork control your project.
